These do not fit your requirement, so don't consider them. I actually had to fold a letter sized mail package to get it home from the post office.
These fit just about perfectly between the tail lights and the shocks. I think they look good and are in proportion with the size of the bike (small). They serve my purposes, but are definitely of minimum utility to people who use their bike for major transportation.
This is my first bike so I did not relize that picking a set of saddle bags would be hard. I actually returned a set which turned out to be too big. Part of the problem is the limited amount of space under the rear seat cushion. There seems to be no wiggle room and I'm amazed that I was 'lucky' that the saddle bags I got fit just in the right position.
